- Harmonize the work; rest when weary; and exercise frequently.
- Avoid stressful situations.
- Do one thing at a time.
- Avoid all intoxicants and refined foods. Especially harmful is refined sugar.
- Avoid excess of concentrated sweeteners and coffee. Decrease fruit intake if protein deficiency is severe.
- Chew food thoroughly.
- Large amounts of protein-rich foods are not automatically better; small amounts, but taken more often usually have a more positive result.
