According to a recently published research, those who take two to three cups of coffee a day were 15% less likely to experience depression, with those drinking four or more cups cutting their risk by 20%.
This fact was attributed to the dopamine-boosting properties of caffeine because those who drank decaf showed no such advantages. It has become increasingly obvious that the dopamine-rich areas of the brain are more significant in depression than was previously thought according to the specialists of Sweden’s Karolinska Institute.
